Age groups are 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60& Over. Age groups apply to male & female. Medals are awarded to the top (3) finishers in each division for running. In the walk, medals will be awarded to the top (3) finishers overall.
