KINGZ OF CHOREOGRAPHY

RULES & REGULATIONS

1.  Competition Fee: $100 per crew

2.  Each crew must have a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of eight (8) performers.

3.  Performers must be at least fourteen (14) years of age. 

4.  All participants must sign a release waiver.  Dancers under the age of eighteen (18) must have a parent/guardian sign for them.

5.  The routine must be a minimum of two (2) minutes but not exceed four (4) minutes in length.

6.  This is a family friendly event.  No profanity in the music and please consider your audience and keep it tasteful.

7.  Music must be in CD format.  Please bring a backup copy.

COMPETITION FORMAT

Each crew will showcase their routine one (1) time.  The top four (4) crews will battle head to head with a one (1) minute routine choreographed (preferred) or freestyled to the same piece of music.  Register early!  Registration Deadline: April 2nd

** The song for the head to head battle is "I Get It In" by Omarion - from :00 to 1:02 of the original song (not any remix or explitive version).  There will be a two (2) 8-count transition between groups.  Questions? Email us at epikdanceco.org.

Each crew will be given a time slot to come before doors open to privately run their choreography in the performance space.  These time slots will start at 12:00pm and run until doors open at 2:00pm.  Time requests will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.
