Join Theresa on the Mountain Office lawn for an energetically uplifting yoga class accessible for all levels of yoga students. The class will be inspired by the forest and will include breathwork, warmups, pose sequences and relaxation.
Enjoy the health benefits of a yoga class at the Forest under swaying trees accompanied by birdsong and (hopefully) blue sky. Let the forest bring calm into your day.
The class is for everyone--beginners to experienced yoga students.
