Kim Cavitt, AuD and Audiology Resources will be hosting a special, focused OneDay Training Event on Monday, October 25 at the Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel in Portland, OR. The course will run from 8AM to 5PM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
This event is being held in conjunction with the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) annual convention at the Marriott. The ADA convention begins on October 25, 2020. Accomodations will be available through ADA at the Marriott. The room rate is $253 per night plus tax and resort. Parking is available at the resort for $46 per day.
Continuing Education Credit will be offered by the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Please note: ASHA does not require that a program need to be approved by ASHA to count towards re-certification. As a result, no ASHA CEUs will be offered. Audiology Resources, Inc. is approved by the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEUs for this activity. The program is worth a maximum of .7 CEUs. Academy approval of this continuing education activity is based on course content only and does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedure, or adherence of the event to the Academy's Code of Ethics. Any views that are presented are those of the presenter/CE Provider and not necessarily of the American Academy of Audiology.
The course is geared to audiology practices or hearing aid dispensing practices which employ audiologists. Registration is open to practice managers, audiologists, hearing aid dispensers and AuD students.
Dr. Cavitt will be available to answer attendee questions throughout the training event and will address attendee questions following the conclusion of the event until March 1, 2022 at no additional charge.

As this is a hands on event, space will be limited to a maximum of 30 attendees. We want this course to be more interactive and intimate so, as a result, we will not be able to exceed 30 attendees.
One month prior to the event, Audiology Resources will reach out to attendees with a list of things they should bring to the event. These include: Quickbooks Expense Summary for a window of time (12 months preferred), practice data, and thoughts on their preferred patient experience and delivery model.
All attendees will be supplied a Sharpie, a note pad, a copy of the presentation materials and a checklists on creating and implementing unbundling in their practice.
