Event registration fees
Includes two receptions, awards dinner, tee shirt (for pre-teens and up) and welcome gift (adults only).

• Adults (age 21 and up)     Early bird rate through May 15: $185      May 16 - June 5: $235
  
• Teens (age 13-20)              Early bird rate through May 15: $120      May 16 - June 5: $145

Tee shirt sponsorship is available! For $500, your logo will be printed on our event long-sleeved tee shirts. All sponsorship logos and payment must be recieved by May 22.

You'll also be asked to provide your guests' shirt sizes. (You can provide that later if you'd like.)

ACCOMMODATIONS

Please request the “MCASF Fishing Tournament room block” to secure our group rates (from $239/night). Our room block is very limited and expires May 12. The room block may fill up at any point prior to that without advanced notices, so we encourage you to book your room as soon as possible! Many of our guests in years past have opted to reserve a home that can accommodate several couples, or a condo with nearby dockage. For more information, please contact:

• We encourage you to make dinner reservations for Friday evening after our opening reception.
• Restaurant options at ORC Enjoy brunch in the Ocean Room on Sunday morning, or enjoy a sublime cocktail by the pool. There are over a dozen options for dining, snacking, drinking, watching sports, listening to music, dancing, relaxing and enjoying good company at the club. THE USUAL DISCLAIMER INFO...

--Ocean Reef Club is a private club. Only individuals who register for our event will have gate access to enter.
--We respectfully ask that any HVAC contractor guests / participants *must* be MCASF members.
--Event registration is required in order to register to participate in the actual fishing tournament.
--We can only guarantee tee shirt availability for those who register by Friday, May 22nd.
--Event registration doesn't include rooming at the resort. Please see the "accommodations" info at left.
--Tournament registration fee doesn't include a fishing charter or boat to fish from.

Cancellations, No Shows, & Payment Policies:
--All registration fees are due on Friday June 5th. Need an invoice? Please let us know!
--Payment by credit card is an option. Please contact info@mcasf.org to inquire.
--Should you need to cancel your registration, you may request a refund of your registration fee in writing no later than Friday,June 5th. After that date, cancellations will not receive a refund.
--Due to facility costs that the Association incurs, if you register, pay, and do not show up for the event, your registration fee will not be refunded. Additionally, should you register for the event without providing payment and fail to show up for the event, you will still be responsible for paying the registration fee.
