Americans with Disabilities Act Training Seminars
In these seminars there will be an overview of the 1099 employment provisions of the ADA (Title I) that impact employers. Topics covered will include a discussion about who enforces the law and the reasonable accommodation process. In addition, there will also be an overview of the ADA/FHA and Disability Etiquette.
