Tools to Improve Leadership

  Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 8:00 AM

Committing to excellence starts with micro-processes that support leadership — those that improve performance of leaders as individuals and those that improve the performance of the leadership system.

Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence— in partnership with the Performance Excellence Network — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, May 19: “Tools to Improve Leadership.”  We are excited to feature Ted Neitzke, CEO and Agency Administrator of CESA 6, a non-profit, member-driven cooperative educational service agency serving 39 school districts in central Wisconsin.

Ted will share a few tools to help you help yourself and your team become better leaders, improve your resilience, and better balance professional and personal priorities.  In today’s world, leaders have an increasingly critical role in creating the potential for high performance.  Come explore ways to improve your leadership and your organization’s outcomes.

This session is Thursday, May 19 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional networking and mingling 7:45-8:00) using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.

Can’t make it live but interested in the content? Register anyway: all registered attendees get a link to the recording after the session!
