The Baldrige criteria has evolved over time and with bi-annual changes, may seem onerous and complicated to comprehend. Our seminar facilitator has developed an "easy-to-grasp" approach to understanding and applying the Baldrige criteria for organizational assessment and improvement.
About Steven Hoisington:
Mr. Hoisington co-authored two books “Customer Centered Six Sigma: Linking Customers, Process Improvement, and Financial Results” and “Implementing Strategic Change: Tools to Transform an Organization”.
Currently serving on the University of Wisconsin-Stout Foundation Board of Directors since 2015, Mr. Hoisington is also the past chairman of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Forward Award and a past board member of the Minnesota Council for Quality. He chaired the Juran Medal committee for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as well as served on the ASQ Medal committee. He served as an examiner and senior examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for the National Institute of Science and Technology from 1993 to 2011. Mr. Hoisington is also a former appointed Judge of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He has assisted with organizational improvement assessments in New Zealand, India, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and other parts of Asia.

Registration information and group pricing options
Fees are $350 per member, $650 per non member. For those attending in groups of three or four, apply code GROUP3OR4 to receive a $25 discount per person. Fee includes breaks,a light lunch, and seminar materials, and an elecytronic copy of the 2021-22 Criteria. Space is limited. Contact us if you have questions about membership.
