PARTICIPANT RULES:

Choose to particiate as an Individual or a Team of 3
Sign-up through the Link Below (You will then besent a Welcome Packet with futher details & Participant T-shirts!)
Print off your Monthly Challenge Tracking Sheet.
Fill out the sheet daily. *Meeting the Minimum Goals each week enters you/team in for the prizes!
Turn in your Challenge Tracking Sheet (Email Ok) by 3:00 PM each SUNDAY to info@cer.org.

TO BE ENTERED TO WIN PRIZES:

Weekly Prizes - Meet the minimum goals by the end of the week indicated on the Monthly Challenge Tracking Sheet and submit form to the Chamber by 3:00 PM each Sunday.

Monthly Prizes - Meet the minimum goals each week for all 4-weeks in the Challenge and submit form as indicated above.

Grand Prize - Meet the Minimum Goals Every Week during the 3-Month Challenge and submit your tracking sheet each week to Be entered To Win The Biggest Prize Yet!

MAKE-UP CHALLENGES:

Each Week there will be an option to "make-up" a challenge you might not have met by completing the minimum goal on the tracking sheet. You may complete 5 per week
