2019 Bear Paw Parade Application

AWC is the Proud Sponsor of the 2019 Bear Paw Festival Parade.
Sign-up now for this year's parade by clicking the register now button. Approval and entry documents will be emailed to the address you provide when you sign up. We will not be mailing any documents so please check your email. Final parade entry documents will be emailed the week of July 1st, 2019. You must print and bring items with you to the parade. Otherwise you will have to pick up documents in person at the Chamber office on the date(s) given with approval.
***Early Bird Rates March 5, 2019 – June 21, 2019***
Parade Applications received between June 22 and June 30, 2019 will require an additional fee of $50.
Parade is limited to a fixed number of entries. Applications received once full will be returned.
Note: Maximum of 25 walkers/marchers in a group; Maximum of 10 animals in any group; Max 20 cars in auto club entries. Additional walkers/animals/vehicles will be charged an additional entry fee.
Excess numbers will be removed from parade lineup. Groups MUST clean up after animals!
