GOLF TOURNAMENT

This year's golf tournament will be held at the Tucan Country Club & Resort located 20 minutes from the Westin Playa Bonita Panama. Entry Fee: $150 or $200 with club rental
TENNIS TOURNAMENT
Tuesday, June 11 | 8:00 a.m.
This year's tennis tournament will be held on the clay courts at the Federation Panamanian Tennis (FPT) located in Panama City. Entry Fee: $75
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The weather in June is considered the low season (rainy season). Afternoon or evening showers are not unusual and temperatures can be range from 70’s to low 90’s (25 to 32 degrees C).
Travel essentials to consider: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, water bottle, umbrella, light water repellent windbreaker or jacket, and of course, your camera!

Registration is now open for the 2019 Annual Meeting. This year, USAPEEC will be at the Westin Playa Bonita, Panama City, Panama. The member registration cost is $775.00 until May 15. After May 15 a $100 late fee will apply, making the final cost $875.00.
Spouse/adult family registration is $125.00 and children 0-17 are free.
Your registration fee includes transportation from the airport to the resort, return transportation is not included.
MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY:
Members needing to cancel their meeting registration between May 15-31, 2019, will receive a refund of 50%.
Meeting cancellations after June 1, 2019, are non-refundable.
Notifications for meeting cancelation must be emailed to jgress@uaspeec.org or bmoore@usapeec.org

Group Rates include an all-inclusive premium plan. Room rates are $229 Single Rate Per Room or $149 Double Rate Per Person.
A surcharge of $125.00 per night applies for a third adult in the room. Children up to 5 years old are complimentary; children from 6 to 12 years old are charged $65.00 per night and children 13 to 17 years old are charged $90.00 per night.
The group rate is applicable three days pre and post group meeting dates upon availability.
Premium Plan Package Includes:
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet style at any restaurant during regular operating hours. A la carte restaurants - Asiana and Tierra y Fuego - will require reservations and will accept bookings up to a max of 10 guests.
- Premium Open Bar includes beer, liquors, soft drinks, juices, and wine by the glass, at any of the hotel's restaurants and bars during regular operating hours.
- Snacks at the pool area
- Ice cream shop
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
The last day for reservations is May 20. Before this date, guests are able to make changes as needed. After this date, modifications to your reservation may result in a rate change. It is not possible to cancel reservations in the link, only make changes. For hotel cancellations, guests must contact the hotel 72-hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee. No show or cancellation after 72-hours will incur the penalty of 100% of the booking.
TRANSPORTATION/SHUTTLE
Tocumen International Airport [PTY] is the international airport of Panama City, the capital of Panama.
Arrivals Your registration includes your transportation to the Westin provided by Panamazing. The transfer from this airport to the resort is typically 35 minutes - 1 hour. You will need to provide us with your flight details to schedule your transfer.
Upon arrival you will need to go through Customs and Immigration. After you have cleared both desks you will go out through the Customs Exit and turn to the RIGHT SIDE where you will be met by one of our PANAMAZING DMC representatives (wearing a Red shirt) who will direct them to the pre-arranged vehicles.
