In this webinar we will not only learn a Buddhist approach to aging, we will also explore how intuition connects with the deeper, often unconscious, impact aging has on us. Modern research shows that men and women are equally intuitive; the old phrase “women’s intuition,” besides being somewhat dismissive, is not actually true.  However, women do tend to notice and give credence to intuition more than men.  Intuition is the faculty that most deeply deals with our aging, since whether we are conscious of our aging or not, intuition always tracks it and knows about it  We will also engage in contemplative exercises to access and learn from intuition.

"Men can be as intuitive as women--but men tend not to be aware of or trust intuition as much.  In the book I offer a number of contemplative exercises and imaging exercises to bring readers in closer touch with the aging wisdom of intuition.  For example, while you may not think about aging very much, your intuition tracks it all the time.  It knows so many things about your aging body, mind and emotions.”
