Rosemary Cox, Certified Sage-ing® Leader - Lead Facilitator, is Education Coordinator for Sage-ing International and 2012 recipient of Sage-ing's Reb Zalman Leadership Award.  She has a MS in Counseling and Human Services and has worked in the aging field for over 23 years specializing in the area of brain health and development.

Jeanne Marsh, Certified Sage-ing® Leader - Co-Facilitator, coordinates the Sage-ing International Certification Program for those seeking to become certified as Sage-ing Leaders.  She holds a MA from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and brings an abundance of skills from her many roles in life, including 27 years in corporate Human Resources and Training & Development.

Don Adams, Certified Sage-ing® Leader - Co-Facilitator, retired from active clinical practice as a psychologist, has long been a listener, helper, healer, teacher, photographer, and writer, as well as the head of a large family.  He now brings all these life-skills to people who are “coming- of- age” to guide their transition from successful mature adulthood toward becoming a Sage participating in a community of vibrant elders. 

Karen West, Certified Sage-ing® Leader - Co-Facilitator, has been a seeker and an educator all her life.  She spent her work life first as an English teacher and then as a career counselor.  In 2007 Karen completed her training as a Spiritual Director; then after retiring in 2012 she was certified as a Sage-ing Leader and as a Legacy Facilitator.  Conscious Aging and Sage-ing have become her passion.
