2023 SENIOR GRADUATION REGISTRATION & GOWN INFORMATION 

Dear 2023 HCS Senior,

This form must be completed by ALL seniors. We want to know if you are participating in the graduation ceremony, if you require a cap & gown, need a diploma or other item. You will need your height and weight for correct gown sizing.

Graduation Registration & Gown Information DUE DATE: April 5, 2023.        Cap & graduation gown orders will be made April 7, 2023.       

Tassels will be given out at our Heritage Christian School Graduation Rehearsal on June 5, 2023. Should you need a tassel before then, you will need to order an extra one and pick it up from the office.
