In this course, we explore the process needed to identify a quality natural stone company.  This relationship is critical to develop an ally in the stone selection, fabrication and installation processes.

Learning Objectives:

1. Become knowledgeable on what to look for when choosing a natural stone company.

2. Identify key ingrediants needed in any business relationship specific to stone selection, fabricattion & installation.

3. Discuss strengthening customer relationships.

4. Discuss the communication and relationships between the fabricator and customer to set up proper expectations.
