The building has 12% more exterior window surface than comparable square or rectangular shaped towers, due to its hexagonal shape. The tallest tower is 30 stories and 400 feet tall and the structure’s eight rooftops are angled at 33 degrees to match San Diego’s latitude.

Our Guide: Sonia Miro’ is the Director of Property Management, San Diego Region, for Kearny Real Estate Company. Her primary responsibilities include property management of Emerald Plaza, plus construction and property management duties within the San Diego portfolio. Ms. Miró has a commercial real estate career spanning over 25 years including the development, property management and leasing of Class A office, industrial, suburban & high rise office and retail properties. Her experience includes operational and facilities oversight, capital and tenant improvements, employee training and mentoring, and excellent customer service. Prior to joining Kearny, she was the Regional Director, West Coast Property Management for BioMed Realty, overseeing a portfolio in excess of five million square feet of life science and office buildings.

Parking: Validated parking in the Office Tower garage. Entrance on Columbia Street (between C & Broadway), first driveway on left as you cross over the railroad tracks on C Street.
