Welcomes Amy Tiemann, PhD
Women’s Resource Center in Alamance County is excited to present Amy Tiemann.
Amy Tiemann, PhD has written several books including Mojo Mom: Nurturing Your Self While Raising a Family. She co-owns Manifold Recording in Pittsboro, and is Executive Producer of the forthcoming documentary, Olympic Pride, American Prejudice, in theaters this summer. Amy is an active community member, serving on several boards including Lillian's List and Women Advance. She is an advocate for child safety through Kidpower North Carolina--where her interest in neuroscience comes full circle, as she works to minimize abusive and stressful environments that are harmful to child development, and teach communities positive skills for safety and self-advocacy.
