Women’s Resource Center in Alamance County is excited to present Abby Donnelly, founder of The Leadership & Legacy Group (LLG). Abby works with business owners and CEOs, to navigate the complex challenges that come with succession planning and exit. She works primarily on the people development and strategy side.
Abby’s extensive background, as a partner with Sandler Training and Business Manager/Consultant with Proctor & Gamble, has led to improvements in productivity, streamlined business processes and improved leadership effectiveness.
This dynamic working woman has authored four books, including 128 Tips to Make You a More Effective Leader and Networking Works! She also serves as board member at several organizations and was recently named Chair for the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), an organization for women presidents of privately held, high net worth companies. Abby also founded the Sandler Training Polio Fundraiser, raising close to half a million dollars, to immunize 700,000 children.
Abby has been happily married for over 26 years and enjoys her free time with her husband and their dog Lexi.
