All of us are affected by COVID-19 in many ways.
Some organizations are struggling with the reality of making choices about staffing levels in an effort to keep the “doors open” for the future.  Are you asking yourself:

• What is best for the organization?
• How do the new federal protections and pay requirements impact this decision?
• How do I make a plan?

We will discuss the differences between Furlough, Layoff, and Reduction in Force.  We will also discuss the new federal regulations, effective April 2^nd, requiring additional protections and pay to employees. Even if you are not anticipating a reduction in staff levels, every employer needs to review and act upon these new federal provision.
