Bridges and Growth:  GCLMPO Transportation Planning Update with Randi Gates

To close out programs for 2022, the WTS Charlotte Metro Chapter is pleased to host Randi Gates, AICP, MPO Administrator for the Gaston Cleveland Lincoln MPO, on Tuesday, November 15, 2022!

In her current role, Randi oversees the MPO’s budget and planning work program, hosts the meetings of local elected officials who serve on the GCLMPO TAC, and provides staff support and input for local and regional transportation planning studies, long range plans, and project submittal for STI prioritization.  Randi will speak to her career trajectory and will highlight a few of the key projects of interest in the Gaston Cleveland Lincoln MPO region including Catawba Crossings feasibility study, I-85 widening and other special projects.

Grab your lunch with WTS Charlotte Metro to learn more about Randi’s career path and the key transportation initiatives that she is leading at GCLMPO.

Engineers attending this program could earn 1.0 Professional Development Hour.

WTS Charlotte Metro is working with APA to qualify this activity for Certification Maintenance (CM) credit. More information about ACIP's CM program can be found at www.planning.org/cm
