Succession Weekend

The First Succession Weekend was held in the UK, November 2014. The process is progressing as each circle of Masters (and now Master Candidates and long time second degree students have been included) sits with the premise: "As Masters each of us has responsibility for the process of lineage bearing."
In the last meetings held in Green Valley AZ in February 2015, and then a month later in Wettenbostel Germany, the circles were able to make a list of Functions of the Master Body which accompanies the Functions of the Spiritual Lineage articulated by the OGM Retreat in Spain, 2013. The next step is to study the functions of each together, seeing the dynamic of the relationship between the two entities. Where do they compliment each other? Where do they support and encourage each other? What do each of us have to become in order to participate in this dynamic?
What is the role of the Master Candidates and dedicated Second Degree students? Are they a part of the discussion? Absolutely! We found in Wettenbostel that these members of the circle brought a different view from the masters present and this enriched the discussions as well as the outcome.
We are tapping into the wisdom that lies in the Master Body and articulating it so that Usui Shiki Ryoho becomes clearer and more able to serve those who are students of the system as well as the plantery shifts that are occuring.
The Casa Azul, our venue for this work, is owned and operated by Elizabeth Warnholtz, a long time Reiki Master and supporter of this work. We, Paul, Ben and Phyllis, welcome you to a place that has had Reiki at its core for many years.
