The map of our longing for a clear spiritual path is reflected in our personal history of beliefs, practices, resistances and attractions -- always with the goal of making sense—giving meaning and purpose to our lives.

No hay mayor sacralidad que nuestra historia espiritual personal. Como expresamos la gratitud y practicamos el perdón, como nos rendimos ante la vida, como rezamos, abrazamos el dolor, como nos sostenemos en las noches oscuras del alma y como celebramos quienes somos, todo ello es íntimamente y únicamente nuestro.

There is no greater sacredness than our personal spiritual journey.  How we express gratitude and practice forgiveness, surrender to life, pray and embrace pain, hold ourselves in the dark nights of the soul and celebrate who we are, is intimately and uniquely ours.

Reiki es el destello que trajo más luz a nuestras vidas y nos abrió a una experiencia espiritual de Trascendencia. También activó nuestras experiencias previas, invitándonos a profundizar nuestra búsqueda de verdad y sentido.

Reiki is a spark that has brought more light to our lives and opened us to a greater spiritual experience of Transcendence. It also stirs our previous experience inviting us to delve deeper into our quest for truth and meaning. 

Nuestra intención es llevar amor y verdad, una mayor comprensión y compasión a nuestra experiencia y practica espiritual. Compartir juntos este proceso nos brinda un sentido de comunidad y comunión. Como dice Ram Das, descubrimos  que “nos acompañamos a uno a otro de regreso a casa“.

Our intention is to bring love, truth, greater understanding, and compassion to our spiritual practice.  Sharing this process together brings a deep sense of community and communion. As Ram Das says, we find ourselves “walking each other home."

En nuestro tiempo juntos, usaremos Reiki, exploraremos las etapas de desarrollo espiritual, meditaremos y haremos trabajo de respiración. Exploraremos nuestra visión con Constelaciones. Estas prácticas fortalecen nuestra claridad y entendimiento, iluminando el sendero de nuestras vidas espirituales.

On our journey, we’ll use Reiki, explore the stages of spiritual development, meditate and do breath work. We will explore our vision with Constellations. These practices strengthen our clarity and understanding, illuminating the path of our spiritual lives.

PAUL MITCHELL es el Decano de la Disciplina Usui Shiki Ryoho, el Sistema Usui de Sanación Natural. Un estudiante de Hawayo Takata desde 1978. Paul ha facilitado encuentros y ha enseñado clases y talleres para estudiantes de Reiki a través del mundo, ayudándolos a profundizar su conocimiento y práctica de Reiki. PAUL MITCHELL is Head of the Discipline of Usui Shiki Ryoho, the Usui System of Natural Healing.  A student of Hawayo Takata since 1978, Paul facilitates gatherings and teaches classes and workshops for Reiki students around the world, helping them to deepen their understanding and practice of Reiki.

LAURENCE FONTAINE fue iniciada por Upasana Grugan en primer nivel de Reiki en 1990 y como Maestra en 2001. Enseña en México y en Estados Unidos. Laurence empezó su entrenamiento como facilitadora de Constelaciones con Harald Hohnen en el 2002. Su practica dinámica la lleva a mucho lugares de México y EU. LAURENCE FONTAINE was initiated by Upasana Grugan in first degree Reiki in 1990 and as a Master in 2001. She teaches Reiki in Mexico and the United States. Laurence began her training as a Family Constellation facilitator with Harald Hohnen in 2002. Her vibrant practice takes her to many places in Mexico and the US.
