Join us for a virtual tour of the St. John apartments – an award-winning multifamily residential development on the Southside of Downtown San Antonio. Formerly a seminary college for the Archdiocese, the redevelopment of the St. John’s Seminary campus will rehabilitate 3 existing historic structures, in addi­tion to the construction of 4 residential buildings to create a 228-unit, Class-A mixed-income workforce housing community adjacent to Mission Concepción - a UNESCO World Heritage site.  This virtual tour will explore the rich history of the St. John’s seminary and reveal how adaptive-reuse and the forward thinking of master developer Mission DG Ltd.  transformed this historic site into one the community and its residents can take pride in for years to come.
