Chapter 102 NPDES & PCSM Training for the Regulated Community

The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts, Inc. (PACD) is partnering with the Southcentral Region of the PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to offer a one day training session for planners, engineers and others working with the state's Chapter 102: Erosion & Sediment Control regulations. It will take place November 9, 2016 at the Red Lion Inn Hotel Harrisburg Hershey.

Please note that a second training is being offered by the Blair County Conservation District on November 16, 2016 at the Altoona Grand Hotel for those who are closer to Altoona than Harrisburg. Click here for the flyer on the Altoona event.

This session builds on the 2015 training session on permitting and permit applications for Chapter 102: Erosion and Sediment Control. The training will focus on designing and permitting of activities which are reviewed by the Waterways & Wetlands Program in the Southcentral DEP Region, which serves Adams, Bedford, Berks, Blair, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry and York Counties.

All materials, as well as a light breakfast and lunch, will be provided for all registrants. There is a $150 fee per registrant. Payment is due no later than October 7, 2016. Space is limited and registration is on a first come, first served basis. No refunds will be given after Noon on November 4, 2016.
