Season Extension Workshop with MIFFS Women in Ag 

Join the MIFFS Women in Agriculture Network (WIA) for a Season Extension workshop on September 17. Meet with members and our own Katie Brandt as we discuss early- and late-season crops for hoophouse growing, as well as row covers and other season extension techniques. Get some hands on experience constructing a simple row cover or low tunnel. Host farmer Margaret Horton will talk about her two hoophouses, and might even introduce us to some of her alpacas and cows.  All are welcome to attend our WIA workshops. 

As always, we'll share a potluck meal during our workshop. Feel free to bring a dish to share.
