November 2016 Chapter Meeting

Join your colleagues at our November 16th meeting.

Speaker: Michelle Kahler, PMP, CBAP, Prosci®

Presentation Title: Performing a Quick and Dirty Workload Analysis

Often times it is difficult to understand the current state of a division or office to know if your processes are running efficiently or if you have enough of the right people in place.  Michelle will present a Workload Analysis model developed from lean and analysis concepts that she is using with her current client to help baseline their high level processes and model their workload capacity needs.  By the end of this session, the group will remember the mantra of questions to ask about each task, "How Many?", "How Long?" and "How Right?" that will help them use this tool to improve the efficiency of their own operations.

Biography: Michelle Kahler is an expert practitioner in project management, business analysis, process improvement and change leadership at North Highland, a global management consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta.
