  Learn how to initiate, monitor, and lead change effectively. Receive practical guidance for leading straightforward “first-order” changes as well as more challenging “second-order” changes.

• The Focus of Leadership | Thursday, July 13
  Learn the best leverage points for improving student achievement and how to select improvement initiatives that will result in better student learning and overall school improvement.

• Developing a Purposeful Community | Friday, July 14
  Engage in a variety of hands-on learning experiences that promote a deep understanding of the importance of developing a positive school culture in your school, or what we call “a purposeful community."

Principals, assistant principals, new and emerging leaders, principal supervisors, and other district-level leaders.

Fee

4-Day Institute: $499 per person. 

Individual sessions: $149 per person.
