Developing a Purposeful Community | 2-Day Workshop

Research shows that a strong school culture is an even more powerful predictor of student success than socioeconomic status. During these two days, we’ll engage in a variety of hands-on learning experiences that promote a deep understanding of the importance of developing a positive school culture in your school that reflects a clear vision for success, high expectations for behavior and learning, and a shared belief among staff that together they can make a difference for students. 

Who should attend?
Principals, assistant principals, new and emerging leaders, and other school-level leaders

Registration fee
$399 per person. Includes lunch, snacks, workshop manual, and copy of The Balanced Leadership Framework: Connecting Vision with Action

Register a group of three or more people from the same district and receive a 10% discount per person.
