Tony Leal is a BlackRock Advisor Consultant supporting Independent Financial Professionals in Texas and Oklahoma.  He he joined the firm in 2009 and has over 15 years of investment industry experience. 

Previously, Mr. Leal was an External Wholesaler with Van Kampen Investments.  He also served in the United States Army, 101st Airborne Division.

Mr. Leal received a BA in Finance from University of Houston, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  He was born and raised in Houston, TX and currently resides in Katy, TX with his wife Kim, and four boys, Trey, Grant, Tyler and Joey.  In his spare time he enjoys coaching his sons' activities, horseback riding, golf and running. 

Joe Hooker is a BlackRock Internal Advisor Consultant supporting Independent Financial Professionals in Southern Texas.  He joined the firm in 2011 and has over 8 years of investment industry experience. 

Joe received his BA in American Studies from Skidmore College and was born in the Philadelphia area where he still resides.
