AIA A201: Introduction to Roles & Responsibilities within the General Conditions
The AIA A201 class is designed for the CDT student, but really applies to everyone in the construction industry. The session will introduce and use the AIA A201 as a review aid to understand the similarities and differences between the different standard general conditions from the AGC, EJCDC and AIA. We will review all of the articles within the A201 General conditions in particular. There will be discussion on the roles and responsibilities of all parties in regards to the A201

Presenters
Rick Heiserman, AIA, FCSI, CCCA and Jody Moore, AIA, CDT are the instructors for this session. Rick is a senior associate at Architect at Ankrom Moisan Architects in Portland and Jody is the Vice-President of DeaMor associates in Vancouver, WA. They have been instructors for this session every spring for many years and have different approaches that make for lively discussions.
