What process does your organization use to help entrepreneurs?
How does your organization measure success?

Come prepared to discuss your program and process for supporting entrepreneurs, the methods and metrics your organization uses to track progress, and how you hold yourself and entrepreneurs accountable for success.
We will talk about which processes are working well, what's missing, and how to manage the paperwork important to measuring accountability.
Most importantly, we will learn from each other to build upon each other's success.

PURPOSE
This new series is intended to provide entrepreneur support professionals (anyone in an official position that a small or start-up business person asks for help) tools and additional resources to more quickly and effectively diagnose the business' needs and provide the best possible assistance to the entrepreneur.

The series started with assessing the business situation with LISTEN & LEAD, then moved to CHALLENGES & RESOURCES where we learned how to address business owners' biggest concerns and what additional resources are available to meet those challenges. After July's program, the workshop series will continue with an earnest look at ACCESS TO LOCAL RESOURCES.

AUDIENCE
This series is directed to the many economic development, chamber, community development, government, academic, and other front-line professionals who regularly work with and support entrepreneurs and small business owners in their community.
