August 18 Presbytery Meeting
Please join the Presbytery of West Virginia for the August 18 Presbytery meeting at the First Presbyterian Church of Fairmont, which will feature the morning educational focus Creating a Culture of Generosity by Presbyterian Foundation Ministry Relations Officer Olanda Carr in addition to the afternoon's business.
Before the meeting, you are invited to watch the Overview of the Day: Highlights and What to Expect video, which will be posted on the presbytery website and emailed to participants no later than August 15. It is for all who would like to know more about the business of the day, but it is especially helpful for first-time attendees.
Please remember that the presbytery no longer prints meeting packets except upon request. The packet will be posted on the presbytery website on August 8; you are encouraged to either print a copy at home or download the packet in advance to view on your phone or tablet. If you wish to request a printed packet from the presbytery, please contact the office by August 15.
The deadline for childcare is August 6, and the deadline for advanced registration is August 8. It is important to register in advance so lunch will be prepared for you; if you miss this deadline, lunch may not be available.
