During these challenging times dealing with COVID-19, our stress levels have certainly increased. We all cope in many ways, and laughter has shown to help as a healthy coping strategy. We will learn why laughter is strong medicine; how it draws people together in ways that trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. We will learn more about the benefits of laughter and how it strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. Lastly and most importantly we will share ways to develop and implement more laughter in our lives.
