MPCA, with HRSA support, is excited to bring PCMH 2014 Standards Training to Montana. Register today to learn about the NEW PCMH 2014 standards. Learn additions NCQA has added to PCMH elements and required documentation.
Clinic teams working on PCMH transformation for continuing or first time NCQA recogntion will benefit from this training by NCQA experts. Clinics that are currently recognized will need to start now addressing the changes and increased complexity of the PCMH standards.
Montana CHC teams are encouraged to attend. Non-CHC clinical teams are also welcome. It takes all of us to improve health care in Montana.
