6th Annual Green Building Tour

Operating since 2008, before YVSC was a 501c3, the Green Building Tour is a half-day tour that we hope inspires our neighbors to build efficiently and with the entire environment in mind – from indoor and outdoor health of the building to the impact the building process has on our planet.

This year’s tour is headed to midvalley to view 3 beautiful and inspiring homes, and will start and finish at Yampatika’s Legacy Ranch. The homes on the tour include an off-grid passive certified home, a sustainably built remodel, and an adobe style home with partial strawbale construction and geothermal.

The Green Building Tour provides an excellent opportunity for businesses and contractors to expose their product or services to a sustainability-conscious audience.  More than 50 people are expected to take the Green Building tour and sponsor logos will be viewed at the event, on posters, in print advertising, and on YVSC’s website.
