Senior Living in Silver Spring Opportunity Zone

Join Montgomery Housing Partnership and CDN for a tour the Bonifant, a senior apartment building in Silver Spring in a Transit Oriented Development area and right next to the Silver Spring Library. This innovative LIHTC project is a model for projects around the state.

Just Confirmed!  Frank Dickson from Maryland DHCD will provide an overview and update on Opportunity Zones. The Bonifant is located in an Opportunity Zone. The presentation will be at 9:45am at the Silver Spring Library, and then we'll take a tour of the Bonifant.
