Providence St. Vincent Vendor Fair

Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.

• Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.
  
  
• All registration fees are used to support the Providence Foundation low-income patient discharge fund.

Registration Options:

When registering please select one of the following registration options*, the fee for either is $75. (please note that registration has closed for home health, hospice and DME, we have reached capacity for those services)

• Marketing only (1/2 table)
• CEU poster presentors & Marketing (Full table)
  

*There is also a shared table of brochures option available to non profits ($25).
