Case Management & Provider Consortium… CCOs- Building Partnerships with Patients & Community 


Purpose of Event: To Promote partnerships between hospitals, case managers and healthcare providers to achieve consistent and clear communication during the continuum of care while working towards quality improvement, cost reduction and patient engagement.

CEU's: 3 CEU credits have been approved for Nursing Home Administrators, Case Managers, and Social Workers (pending)

3:30-8:30pm includes: registration & social hour/ networking after the event.

by Nancy Skinner, President of Case Management Society of America (CMSA)

About Nancy Skinner, RN, CCM - She has been active in CMSA at both the local and national level including serving as a National Officer of CMSA from 1995 to 2000 and 2004 to 2007. She has also assisted CMSA in developing programs that have advanced case management education including primary authorship of eleven Case Management Resource Paths™.

Erin Fair Taylor, MPH, JD- Interim Director of Government Relations & PublicPolicy- Tri-County Medicaid Collaborative. She is the Director of CCO Partnership & Development at Care Oregon.  In that capacity she is managing Care Oregon’s relationship with all five of the CCOs with which they are affiliated or partnered.

Registration Fees:

Cost, includes dinner, complimentary beverage during the social hour, and 3 CEUs

  • Regular Registration: (Starting February 20th): fees will be $55 each

As of 3/13/13- We have reached table seating capacity at 265 attendees.
We are accepting day of regsitration space permitting- seating will be limited to the rear of the room in chairs without a table. However: we understand that some seats will open as plans change and some registered will be unable to attend. Those that did not register in advance will need to wait until 4pm before entering the conference.
