DMMC 2017 Springfield Drive Down

Registration Now Open

The DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference will hold its annual Springfield Drive Down on April 25-26. Highlights of the Drive Down will include meetings with Governor Bruce Rauner, Senate Leader Christine Radogno, and House Leader Jim Durkin, as well as a lunchtime address by Lieutenant Governor Evelyn Sanguinetti.   

The Conference is offering multiple Drive Down options to best suit your needs.  We are excited to announce that the Board of Directors has decided, on a trial basis, to cover the cost of the bus.  The total cost for two days in Springfield with bus service is $315, making this option a great value for members.  We hope you will consider joining us on the bus.  

Option 1: Two days in Springfield with bus service. This option includes your hotel reservation, bus service to and from Springfield, snacks on the bus, a luncheon on April 25, a reception and dinner with legislators the evening of April 25, breakfast and a luncheon on April 26, and all lobbying activities.  The bus will leave Naperville promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 25, and return members to DuPage by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26.  Please note that while there is no charge for the bus, registration is required.  Cost:  $315 per person. 

Option 2: Two days in Springfield without bus service (driving self). This option includes your hotel reservation, a luncheon on April 25, a reception and dinner with legislators the evening of April 25, breakfast and a luncheon on April 26, and all lobbying activities.  Cost:  $315 per person. 

Option 3: One day in Springfield without bus service (driving self). This option includes a luncheon, reception and dinner with legislators, and lobbying activities on April 25.  Cost:  $120 per person.

The deadline to register is Monday, April 3. Reservations after this date cannot be guaranteed a room. No-shows and cancellations after April 3 will be charged in full.
