Pure Energy Coach LLC has delivered Building Science training for over 30 years and we have audited more than 40,000 homes for energy conservation and efficiency improvements. We have Training Affiliate status with the Building Performance Institute (BPI) — the nation's premier building performance credentialing, quality assurance and national standards setting organization.

A. Tamasin Sterner has proctored online and field exams to dozens of BPI candidates in the last few years. She and her staff strive to continuously coach energy technicians at every opportunity. Her company is a BPI Affiliate, and she is BPI BA, Envelope, Heating Professional and Multi Family Certified.

Larry Armanda taught many weatherization and Home Performance courses for the Weatherization Training Center at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport PA. He has proctored these exams many times. He is a BPI Affiliate and is BPI BA, Envelope, Heating Professional and Multi Family Certified.
