Sauerkraut and Lacto Fermenting Basics with Beth Canter

Beth Canter will present a Traditional Sauerkraut making demo. There will be other lacto fermented foods to taste including hot sauce & fermented sweet onions. Beth will discuss the benefits of adding home made probiotics to your diets. Participants will take home a jar of their own kraut to ferment at home along with information and recipes.
