APIC New England Spring Conference

APIC New England is hosting an educational conference for infection prevention professionals (IPs), including those in acute and longterm healthcare organizations, public health, and ambulatory settings.

We are inviting industry representatives who offer products and services that support infection prevention to register for a table at the event so that they may meet local infection preventionists and share the latest in infection prevention information. We are excited to host this years Spring event at the Foxwood Resort and Casino and we look forward to having you there.

We have a variety of topics and speaker for this event and designated times for attendees to meet with all the vendors. Check our website for a list of speakers and topics.

Each vendor space is confirmed on a first-come and first-served basis. We make an effort to accommodate all interested parties who submit the required documents and payments prior to the meeting. Early submission of registration is encouraged as there are a limited number of spaces.

Registration includes table, table cover, and meals. Vendor may bring one (1) associate at the base price - 600.00. An additional associate can be added for 75.00.

Eletrical is 171.00 per vendor table. Electrical must be ordered prior to the event, the resort cannot provide additional hook-ups on the day of the event.

Pricing as follows:

Vendor + 1 associate (no electrical hook-up) 600.00

Vendor + 2 associates (no electrical hook-up) 675.00

Vendor + 1 associate + electrical 771.00

Vendor + 2 associates + electrical 846.00

Full payment (credit card or check) must be received 7 days prior to the event.
