Rapid Workout

For those ready for a short, but intense workout, Rapid Workout combines strength and aerobic training. These 30-40 minute workouts increase in intensity weekly. Participants will learn to create their own short but efficient workouts. Requirements: resistance band, towel or mat; must be able to move quickly from lying to standing up.
