Yoga for the Office

You know about the negative health effects of sitting for prolonged periods of time, but being active during the day can counteract these effects. In this 6-week Yoga for the Office series, participants will learn yoga movements adapted specifically for the office environment and can be easily added to the workday. Special focus on back health!
