Fitness Coaching – A Small Group Approach

In this small group fitness coaching class, participants will work both individually and with the group to set attainable fitness goals and to overcome barriers in achieving them. Each class will cover topics from reviewing fitness basics, creating SMART goals, to celebrating small victories. Class size will be held to 12 or fewer participants.
