Workstation Workout

For those who find it hard to make time to add strength training to a busy schedule, Workstation Workout is the solution. You will learn simple exercises that you can do almost anywhere. Using just your own body weight and a resistance band (provided by CWRU Wellness) you will be put through workouts which you can recreate at your own desk.
