Join us for our girls' camp in June, Destination 6.21. We will have a ton of fun together, lots of time for games and fellowship.
We will be meeting in the same location as 2 years ago - pre-Covid19 -- Tri-Rivers Retreat Center outside of Hico in the community of Fairy, Texas. You are going to love it! It is an old rock hunting lodge that's been converted into a retreat center. It's a very interesting and fun place, all under one roof with four beds per room. And the best part... they provide the linens so no bedrolls!
We will be studying (when we're not playing!) another book by Kari Kampakis, called Liked Whose approval are you living for? As she says, for girls growing up in a generation saturated with social media, getting enough "likes", comments and online friends can become an unhealthy obsession. With positive and powerful insights, Kari encourages girls to apply God's timeless truths in the digital age. " We'll be talking about things such as
- Who am I?
- What is my purpose?
- How can I change the world and make an eternal difference?
- How can I love myself when I feel unlovable?
We would LOVE to see your beautiful shining face late afternoon Thursday, June 10th through Sunday, June 13th around noon.
You are qualified and invited to join us if you are between “Just Finished 6th Grade” and “Just Graduated High School”. We are going to have a jam-packed weekend of fun, friends, and time with God.
Bring a friend or two, the more the merrier! Join us for a fun-filled weekend to put in your memory book. You’ll go home with new friends and an enriched relationship with Jesus Christ.
