Trauma Informed Care: What is it and Why is it important.

The goal for this introductory training is for clinicians to gain an understanding of trauma-informed care, which suggests that professionals move from the question of “what is wrong with you” to “what happened to you” and subsequently “how should I approach you differently from what happened to you.”
