Metal Connectors 101 (N2) 

Frank Vara  from Simpson Strong-Tie will be on hand to guide us through selecting the proper connector for any given application.  He will review their "Wood Construction Connectors" catalog and the "Deck Connection and Fastening Guide".  He will explain the product nomenclature, maximum load cappacities, and required fastening.  He will extend that guidance to include navigating the Simpson website to find that same information and more.
