The Day of the Dead: A Celebration of Living
Sugar Skulls, marigolds, and feasting….Oh My!
Join us as we take a virtual trip to Mexico for el Día de los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead. We will look at the history and traditions behind this multi day celebration and then we’ll travel back home to celebrate with our own ancestors…..they always love a good party!!
Who are these ancestors? How did they help us to develop into who we are today? And how can we tune in to them so that they may assist us with our spiritual development and our life journey? After a quick discussion about creating an ancestral altar and admiring a few examples, you may find that you wish create one in your own home to honor your loved ones…..
We’ll wrap up the evening’s festivities with a guided meditation, designed to help you meet one of your ancestors and receive your own intuitive message from them!
